Fave thing: I was really into the debrief afterwards where everyone shared their own, personal experiences of how it affected them. It was different for everyone, but also really cool to know that everyone’s experiences were all NORMAL.

Nevertheless, I found a beginners video on Yoga Journal that starts you out with some basic trust and testing the balance moves. It ends in a full on bow pose, so you can just watch the video to see how that goes.
