Episode 16: Are You Equipped for the Mindset Battle?

ARE YOU EQUIPPED FOR THE MINDSET BATTLE?

  1. Build your armor. What does this mean? Create routines that feel good and fill you up. This can be a super short, write out 3 things you’re grateful for routine. Or it can be longer. It can be affirmations, breath work, exercise, heating wholesome foods, drinking water, limiting caffeine / alcohol. 

  2. Sharpen your sword. What does that mean? Read books, devour podcasts, absorb positive social media accounts, deliberately seek out positivity, avoid the negative (conversations, people, the news.)

  3. Step out into battle. What does this  mean? It means you’ve created a baseline for what feels good and deflects negativity. You’re doing things on a daily basis to feed your mind, Now it’s time to take that first step and do the thing you’ve been putting off. That step is courage - that step PAST your f
